Great service, dropped in for his & hers Ugg boots with waterproof covering. They made them up in our choice of fleece colour, purple and pink. Ready to collect in 5 days before we went home from holiday. Excellent workmanship.When we went to collect them I also chose a moccasin pair, for inside only, (no stuck on sole) and Charlene was able to sew them up for collection at the end of day! Needed a repair on my Akubra hat band. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating with what I required.

I bought two pairs of Uggs from here. Fortunately the ones I got as a gift for my Mum (who doesn’t like to spend money on things and was aware of the price) have been good. Mine on the other hand started falling apart after less than one winter. I contacted Jassi when I was next in Denmark and within a year of owning them and the lady on the phone told me it was too hard for them to fix them and that was it. My friends who recommended them and live in Denmark then tried to take them back, albeit a few months later, and they said they’d cost share the repair and I should have brought them back sooner. I explained that I tried to and she didn’t really have a response to that. I didn’t get them repaired, why should I have to pay another $45 to get Uggs that were more than $300 repaired. I know it was probably bad luck with dodgy glue, but this was not my fault and customer service is important and theirs was terrible. I prefer to buy local and that’s why I didn’t mind paying the extra money for these, but I’ll go back to my mass produced Uggs that lasted me years once they fall apart completely.
