Needed some press studs, nothing suitable at big chain store.Sinikka/ Leather direct had a broad and quality range of products and exactly what i needed. The guy went above and beyond to help with that.... and then also recommended another small business for my other enquiry. He even jumped onto google maps and showed me where to go.

Easily one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had (which is no small feat either).I often find dealing with craftsmen daunting as a newcomer but everyone at the shop has been beyond helpful and supportive. It's a 100km round trip to get to the shop but because of their approach to customer service and knowledge I will continue to make the trip, you would be hard pressed to find their knowledge and experience online.

I walked in after watching 3-4 hours of YouTube of people making things. Paul got me set up with the basics and I was making things that evening.I have now been back a second time for more tools and leather stock, and I'm impressed again.It doesn't look like much but there's a lot to be discovered here.
